Registration

Game times and player requirements:

Spring season runs April to mid June.  Summer season runs mid June to mid August.  Teams generally have one game per week. Games will be played on Monday (men's open), Tuesday (coed 30/35), Wednesday (coed open) and Thursday (men's 35) nights and will start at 6:30 p.m. All players must submit their player card and a completed Registration Form to receive a current year player card renewal sticker.

New players who do not have a player card and/or players who have lost their player card will need to supply a copy of their driver’s license (or other type of photo identification), as well as two passport size color photos.

Player cards will be collected by the referee at the beginning of each game and returned at the end of each game. Players are responsible for their own cards. If a player card is lost or stolen the player will be responsible for paying a $5 fee to have a new card made. Players that do not have a player card will not be permitted to enter the game.

Team rosters and team fees are due one month before the season begins.  Team fees are nonrefundable. By this date, there must also be at least 7 completed player registrations per team.

Player Registration Fees:  Make checks payable to IFASA.

Captains and board members:  Player registration fee is paid by the league.

Forms:  Team members should fill out registration form (available from captain or by download from IFASA website) and sign and date the back page in the top two boxes.

Game schedules will be posted on the IFASA website www.ifasa.org

Equipment for new teams will be available at the captain's meeting the week prior to the first game. (One game ball, one net and one set of corner flags).  Nets and flags are to be returned to the league at the end of the season.

Registration Process:

Registration is very simple. Complete sections A through B on the front of the Registration Form. For new players or IFASA members who have lost their cards fill in and sign the U.S. AMATEUR S.A. PLAYER PASS at the bottom right of the form and a new player card will be made. Then read and sign sections E and F on the back of the form. Once these requirements have been completed the player will receive their current year registration sticker which must be placed on the back of the player card.
