Since we are affiliated with FIFA and USSF, you will need a current player card to get onto the field. Why do you want a player card? A player card provides the following benefits:

• Supplemental health insurance to help pay for injuries sustained during play. Ask your captain for details or a claim from. Spanish forms are also available.
• League affiliation and recognition. With a valid player card your team is free to travel and play in sanctioned tournaments without additional player fees, liability or insurance issues.
• Referee advancement and incentive. USSF affiliation ensures that referees obtain credit towards advancement when they officiate our games. This helps the referees improve and gives us access to better and more senior referees.
• Protection from liability for players, referees and league officials.
